Return Policy
- All products can be returned for any reason within 30-days for a refund, except Enrollments Kits & Merchandise.
- To receive a refund for all product Bundles and Collections, including Balance and Restore, all items in the set must be returned.
- Products do NOT qualify for a refund after 30-days of purchase.
- New/Unworn Merchandise can be returned within 15-days of purchase for a refund.
- Merchandise does NOT qualify for a refund after 15-days of purchase.

Enrollment Collection Return Policy:
- An enrollment collection can be returned for a refund within 30-days of the purchase date and if the collection has NOT been opened. The Advocate account will be terminated upon the return of any collection.
- The Basic Business Collection does NOT qualify for a refund of any kind if it has been opened or it is 31-days or more after the purchase date.
- Collections can be returned if ALL products are inside, and it is within 30-days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued for unopened products and the Advocate account will be terminated. Please note that refunded items are at the collection's discounted price, not full retail price.
- If a collection is returned with missing items, there will be NO refund of any kind and the Advocate account will be terminated.
All returns must be authorized by Green Compass, Inc. in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange.

At that time, our Support team will issue a return label for the items. This label must be printed by the customer and
displayed on the outside of the shipping carton. This will allow you to return the item, free of charge.
